沙眼治疗仪治疗巨乳头性结膜炎的疗效观察

目的观察沙眼治疗仪治疗巨乳头性结膜炎的疗效。方法用FGI—A型沙眼治疗仪对68例136眼经药物治疗无效的巨乳头性结膜炎进行治疗，术后局部滴左氧氟沙星眼药水1周。结果66例痊愈，1例好转，1例无效。其中1次治愈10例，占15．2％；2次治愈18例。占27．3％；3次治愈34例，占51．5％；4次治愈2例，占3．0％；5次治愈1例，占1．5％；6次治愈1例，占1．5%,总有效率98．5％。结论FGI—A型沙眼治疗仪治疗巨乳头性结膜炎安全、快捷、有效。停戴接触镜是治疗关键。

Trachoma Therapeutic Apparatus for Giant Papillary Conjunctivitis

Objective To observe the effect of trachoma therapeutic apparatus in treating of giant papillary conjunctivitis （GPC）. Method 68 cases （136 eyes） of GPC whom the medicine had no avail to treated by FGI-A trachoma therapeutic apparatus, then the I.evofloxacin eye drop was given partly one week after the surgery. Results 66 cases were cured, 1 case was improved and 1 case had no effect, including 10 cases （15. 15%） with the therapy for once, 18 cases （27. 27%） for twice, 34 cases （51. 52%） for three times, 2 cases （3.03%）for four times, 1 case （1.52%） for five times and 1 case （1.52%）for six times, the total effective rate is 98.53%. Conclusion The therapy with FGI-A Trachoma therapeutic apparatus is safe, rapid and effective to treat GPC. Stop using the contact lens is the most important in cure.
