急性脑血管病血浆内皮素含量变化的研究

摘    要:采用放射免疫法测定 43例急性脑血管病(CVD)患者的血浆内皮素(ET)含量,发现在CVD 中,无论是脑梗塞组还是脑出血组,其急性期血浆 ET均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结果提示,在脑组织缺血缺氧状况下,ET 参与了机体的病理生理过程,并加重了脑组织的损伤。应用ET拮抗剂或 ET单克隆抗体中和体内 ET,可能成为治疗急性脑血管病的一种有效手段。

Abstract:The endothelin contents in the plasma of forty-three cases of acute cerebral vascular diseases(CVD)and twenty-two cases of healthy persons were examined by means of radiommunoassay(RlA). The results indicated that in acute CVD,endothelin (ET)in plasma during the acute period was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0. 01). This is true with cerebral infarction group and ceredral hemorrhage group. Our study sug gests that when brain tissues are short of oxygen, ET is involved in the pathological and physiological processes of body and aggravates damage to the brain tissues. This indicates that use of anti-ET agents or monoclonal antibody against ET to neutralize ET in the body could be a new approach for the treatment of acute CVD.
