基层医院护理人力资源配置研究

摘    要:目的:探讨基层医院护理人力资源合理配置和有效利用的管理办法。方法:对神经外科和消化内科的护士进行工时和工作量测定,并测算出其护理人员编制的参考指标。结果:当月2个病区实际需要护士52.7人,床位与护士之比以1:0.73为宜。结论:基层医院护士现有人数很难适应护理专业发展的需要,缓解护士的缺编状况,要从合理定编和有效利用现有护理人力资源两方面着手。

Abstract:Objective The authors aims at exploring effective ways of untilizing and allocating nursing personnel in basic hospital. Methods By measuring the working time and work load of the nurse who work in craniocerebral surgery department and gastro -intestine physician department, to analyse the tesult and make the standard of the nursing standard. Results In the investingation month. The two departments actually need 52.7 nurses and the bed to nurse' s best ratio is 1: 0. 73. Conclusion The number of the nurse in basic hospital is difficult to meet the need of the nursing development. In order to solude this difficulty,the rational allocation and effectively untilize the human resources on nursing are two important methods.
