干燥综合征从三焦论治机制浅析

干燥综合征以口干、眼干等为主要临床特征。其病机为少阳三焦经、腑瘀阻,失于通畅,使气血津液、水谷精气不能上乘,失于濡养润泽致燥;三焦气化、相火功能失调,导致水湿内停,阻滞三焦,水津失布,或日久化热,煎灼真阴致燥,最终导致少阳三焦枢机不利。临床以和解少阳,疏利三焦为治则,辨病辨证相结合,疗效显著。

Briefly analysis on determining treatment based on differentiation of triple warmer mechanism in treating Sicca Syndrome

The sicca syndrome was mostly appeared as dryness of mouth and eye clinically. The pathogenesis was that qi-blood and body fluid and essence of water and grain can't support the demand of the body due to obstructed shaoyang and sanjiao meridian and organs. Finally,it could result in dysfunction of sending and discharging action of shaoyang and triple warmer and induce the development of socca syndrome. The treatment principal was relieving shaoyang disorder and regulating triple warmer. It had a better curative effect with integrated differentiation of diseases and syndrome.
