| 摘 要： | 在改良的Ｂａｃｏｎ‘ｓ手术的基础上，采用纱布卷代替人木方式牵引等改进方法，１９７７年起用于临床，治疗直肠癌１２例，患者术后１～６月恢复便意，可控制干便，半年后渐恢复到可控制稀便，５年以上存活率为６６．７％（８／１２）提示，用此改进术治疗直肠癌效果好，且简便易行，并拓宽了手术适用范围。

| Abstract: | Based on modified Bacon's operation,used roller to instead cork analogue,easied the operation, improved it further in several respectgs to simplify the practice and then applied it on 12 patients from 1977. Within 1-6 moths after the operation,defecation motivation and continence with dry stool could recover. Continence with loose stool could recover gradually in 6 months thereafter. The five years life rate is 66. 7% (8/12). Suggest the operation iseasy to do.larged the application and has a good effect. |
