摘    要:目的:研究钙感觉受体(CaSR)基因A986S位点多态性与中国男性骨密度(BMD)的关系。方法:采用双能X线吸收仪对374名研究对象进行腰椎及股骨扫描,应用PCR-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法检测CaSR基因A986S位点多态性基因型,用广义线性模型分析A986S多态性与腰椎2~4及股骨骨密度关系。结果:在调整环境危险因素前后,均未发现CaSR基因的A986S位点多态性与男性股骨颈、股骨柄和股骨三角区及腰椎2~4的骨密度呈相关性。结论:在中国男性人群中CaSR基因A986S多态性与股骨及腰椎骨密度无显著性相关。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the Association of A986S Polymorphism of the Calcium-sensing Receptor Gene with Bone Mineral Density (BMD) in male Chinese. Methods: The bone mineral density of lumbar vertebrae (L2-4) and femur was measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry in 374 subjects. PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) was utilized to examine the A986S polymorphism of the CaSR gene. Generalized linear model was used to analyze the association of A986S polymorphism with the bone mineral density of the lumbar vertebrae (L2-4) and femur. Results: Before and after adjustment of environmental covariates, no significant correlation was found between A986S polymorphism of the CaSR gene and BMD, including femoral neck BMD, Ward triangle BMD and femoral shaft BMD. Conclusion: The results suggest that there is no significant relationship between A986S polymorphisms of CaSR gene and femoral BMD and lumbar vertebrae BMD in Chinese male population.
