| 摘 要： | 目的研究窄头橐吾根部的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱层析(CC)进行化合物的分离提纯,用波谱分析方法鉴定结构。结果从该植物提取物的乙酸乙酯部分分离出4个化合物,其结构分别鉴定为:(1)2-异丙烯基-6-乙酰基-8-甲氧基-苯-1,3-二氧-4-酮;(2)邻苯二甲酸二丁酯;(3)N-苯基-2-萘胺;(4)5,6-二甲氧基-2-异丙基苯并呋喃。结论化合物1~4均为首次从该植物中分离而得。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the chemical constituents of the roots of Ligularia stenocephala.Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography(CC) and elucidated by spectroscopic experiments.Results Four compounds were obtained and established as 2-isopropenyl-6-acetyl-8-methoxy-1,3-benzodioxin-4-one(1),phthalic acid dibutyl ester(2),N-phenyl-2-naphthylamine(3),5,6-dimethoxy-2-isopropenylbenzofuran(4).Conclusion Compound 1～4 were all isolated from this plant for the first time. |
