| 摘 要： | 肱骨髁间骨折是青壮年严重的肘部损伤 ,5 0～ 6 0岁的伤者也时有可见。对严重移位的肱骨髁间骨折趋向于手术治疗。笔者 1996～ 1999年采用尺骨截骨入路多钉固定治疗该类病人 2 1例 ,疗效满意。1 临床资料本组 2 1例中男 7例 ,女 14例 ;年龄 2 1～ 6 3岁 ,平均年龄49岁 ;按ＡＯ/ＡＳＴＦ分类1] ,均为Ｃ型骨折 ,其中Ｃ1型 8例 ,Ｃ2 型 6例 ,Ｃ3 型 7例 ;手术时间 2周以内 16例 ,3周以上 5例。2 治疗方法患者采用仰卧位 ,患肢胸前位 ,取肘后正中纵形切口 ,翻起皮瓣 ,游离尺神经 ,牵开加以保护 ,自尺骨鹰嘴远端 2 5ｃｍ处横行截骨 ,将鹰嘴连…
