经尿道电化学治疗前列腺增生103例疗效观察

目的:观察应用EASY-100A电化学治疗仪治疗前列腺境生症(BPH)临床效果。方法:选择103例复杂性BPH患者行前列腺电化学治疗术,术前采用经直肠彩超测定前列腺尿道长度并定位电极尿管。结果:治疗1a～2a复查或随访,一次性拔管成功89例,2次～3次拔管后自行排尿10例,无效4例,总有效率96.12%。结论:电化学治疗复杂性BPH是一种高效、安全、痛苦少、不麻醉、出血少、不冲洗、并发症极少、术毕可自由下床活动、费用低、适应证广的方法。尤其对合并症较多或已失去手术机会者不失为首选方法,但应进一步观察积累成功经验和失败教训。
