| 摘 要： | 目的调查安徽省肺科医院医护人员洗手现状,为防止医院感染提供依据。方法对2003～2008年间各科医护人员618人洗手效果进行监测,采用回顾性统计分析。结果总合格率94.82%,重点科室洗手合格率97.3%,普通科室洗手合格率93.38%,新上岗人员合格率85.57%;护士洗手合格率（97.02%）明显高于医生（89.5%）。结论安徽省肺科医院医护人员手卫生合格率较好。应重视医生、新上岗人员手卫生管理。
