| 摘 要： | 目的通过体外实验研究槲寄生凝集素对肿瘤细胞的细胞毒性作用。方法采用MTT比色分析法测定槲寄生凝集素注射液对肿瘤细胞生长曲线的影响 ;采用流式细胞仪技术检测槲寄生凝集素注射液对肿瘤细胞细胞周期的影响。结果和结论槲寄生凝集素注射液对肿瘤细胞有剂量依赖性杀伤作用 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the cytotoxic effects of mistletoe lectins on tumour cells.Methods The effects of mistletoe lectins on cell cycle were determined by flow cytometry,at the same time,its effects also were observed on the cell growth carve.Results Mistletoe lectins affect tumor cells' cell cycle(Hela and K 562).The key of the function is to stop the S period of the cell cycle,reduce the cells' number of G 2 M period (preventing the cells from going into the G 2 M period),then reduce the mitosis and inhibiting the roliferation of cells.Conclusions Mistletoe lectins have strong killing effect on tumour cells,and its effects depends on the drug concentration. |
