| 摘 要： | 目的 分析右侧房室旁道电生理特性及导管射频消融（RFCA）术操作要点，试图总结实用有效的常规消融方法。方法 利用RFCA技术阻断右侧房室旁道参与的折返性心动过速118例，其中显性旁道71例。隐匿性47例，结果 首次消融成功率89.0%，随访个月-3年，15例（12.7%)复发，经再次RFCA14例成功。最终治愈113例，治愈率95.8%，无严重并发症发生。结论 准确的旁道定位及消融导管与靶组织的稳定接触是成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective 118 cases of right atrioventricular accessory pathways (Aps) treated by radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) were analyzed retrospectively for a practical and effective ablation procedure.Methods 118 patients with right atrioventricular APs were treated by RFCA. 71 of them manifested APs and 47 had concealed APs.Results 89 0% of the patients were successfully treated with catheter ablation in the first time.During the follow up of 3 months to 3 years,14 of the 15 cases,which had recurrences of conduction prbolems (recurrence rate 12 7%),were successfully treated with catheter ablation.Conclusion The precise APs mapping and the catheter stability are two keys to success. |
