| 摘 要： | 目的通过调查医务人员对艾滋病(AIDS)防治知识的掌握情况,以便对医务人员防治艾滋病的培训提供科学依据. 方法对浙江省17个市县不同级别医院近千名医务人员采取随机问卷调查. 结果调查结果显示大多数医务人员对艾滋病的防治知识有较好的了解,但对一些基本知识,还存在一些欠缺;不同地区、不同医院及同一医院不同科室人员对艾滋病的防治知识的掌握程度和态度不一致. 结论对非艾滋病诊疗医院及其他医院的医务人员有待进一步提高艾滋病防治的认识,进行分专业、分期分批、有目的培训的必要.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To provide scientific basis for the training of prevention and treatment of AIDS through inquiring medical workers of knowledge. METHODS One thousand of medical workers were questionnaired randomly, in different rank of hospitals in 17 counties and cities of Zhejiang Province. RESULTS Most medical workers had better knowledge about prevention and treatment of AIDS, but had some deficiencies about some basic knowledge. The members of different districts, hospitals and even departments in the same hospital had different attitudes and levels of prevention and treatment. CONCLUSIONS It is necessary to improve the knowledge of the medical workers in the hospitals. |
