颅骨修补对颅骨缺损患者脑血流速度的影响

目的探讨颅骨修补术对颅骨缺损患者脑血流速度的影响。方法回顾性分析38例颅骨缺损修补术前、后第7-10d经颅多普勒（TCD）测定双侧颈内动脉终末段（ICA）、大脑前动脉（ACA）、大脑中动脉（MCA）和基底动脉（BA）血流速度，行手术前后自身对照分析。结果颅骨修补术后仅患侧ACA脑血流速度明显改善，术后神经症状改善。结论颅骨修补术后可改善脑血流，有利于神经功能恢复。

Effect of cranioplasty on cerebral blood flow velocities of patients with skull defect

Objective To investigate the effect of cranioplasty on cerebral blood flow velocities of patients with skull defect. Methods The clinical data of 38 patients with skull defect, in whom the blood flow velocities in bilateral internal carotid artery （ICA） terminal segment, anterior cerebral artery （ACA） , the middle cerebral artery （MCA） and basilar artery （BA） were measured with Transcranial Doppler sonograpy （TCD） before 7 - 10 d after cranioplasty. The pre-operative and post-operative blood flow velocities were analyzed by own cross-check analysis. Neurological symptoms of patients were monitored during the follow-up for 6 - 12 months. Results The blood flow velocity was improved significantly at ACA and neurological symptoms of patients were obviously improved. Conclusion Cranioplasty could improve the function of cerebral vessels and benefit the restoration of nerve function.
