不同培养基对医院空气微生物检测结果影响的比较分析

目的:比较不同培养基对医院空气微生物检测结果的影响,探索一种简便实用的检测方法。方法:采用普通营养琼脂平板和血琼脂平板对医院空气微生物进行检测,并对结果进行比较分析。结果:普通营养琼脂平板检测细菌总数超标率为15.32%,均未检出金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌;血琼脂平板检测细菌总数超标率为13.25%,检出金黄色葡萄球菌3份,溶血性链球菌1份。细菌总数超标率两者间差异无显著性(2χ=0.68,P0.05),致病菌检测两者间差异有显著性(2χ=4.02,P0.05);致病菌检测后者优于前者。两种平板上的平均菌落数在0~1 cfu/平板至7 cfu/平板各区间分布的检测数差异均无显著性(P0.05)。结论:用血琼脂平板对医院空气检测结果优于普通营养琼脂平板,尤其是致病菌检测。

Comparison and observation of microbiological test results in air in hospital by different culture media
