三七活性成分抑制小鼠黑色素瘤生长的实验研究

摘    要:目的:建立移植性小鼠黑色素(B_(16))动物模型,观察从三七中提取分离的活性成分Rh_2、Rh_3对B_(16)生长抑制率。方法:参照相关文献,B_(16)肿瘤移植后随机分Rh_2大、中、小剂量组、Rh_3组、环磷酰胺(CTX)组以及模型对照组6组。除CTX组腹腔注射给药外,其余各组均采用灌胃途径给药。实验过程中动态观察小鼠整体机能状况;实验结束后取出肿瘤称重,按照公式计算抑瘤率。结果:Rh_2大、中、小剂量组与Rh_3组抑瘤率分别为35.5%、30.1%、18.3%与21.1%,与模型对照组比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05),且能够明显增加小鼠体重,改善一般状况。结论:Rh_2、Rh_3组有一定的抗B_(16)肿瘤效应,并无不良反应。

Abstract:To explore the anti-tumor effect of ginsenoside Rh_2 and Rg_3 from Panax notoginseng in vivo experiment on the basis of B_(16) transplanted tumor model.Methods:48 mice transplanted B_(16) tumor were divided randomly into 6 groups.Form the next day after inoculation,the group of CTX were injected intravenously every other day during a week,and the others were administrate intragastrically everyday during 10 days.During 15 days experiment,the ordinal conditions were observed,and after mice being killed,the inhibitory rate of tumor were assay.Results:The inhibitory rate of tumor of Low,moderate and high dosage of ginsenoside Rh_2 and Rg_3 were 18.3%,30. 1%,35.5% and 21.1% respectively.There are significant difference between every control group and model group.Meanwhile,no obvious side effects appear in every control group.Conclusion:Ginsenoside Rh_2 and Rg_3 from Panax notoginseng have an remarkable inhibiting effect on proliferation of tumor and no obvious side effect.
