乳腺癌钙化钼靶X线分析

目的 分析乳腺癌钙化的特征，评价钼靶。X线摄影对乳腺癌钙化的诊断意义。方法 回顾分析术后病理证实的120例乳腺癌钙化的特征。结果 55％乳腺癌出现钙化，钙化密度偏低且均匀，每平方厘米钙化数目(N／S)大于20个，钙化总数大于30个，混合型钙化对乳腺癌有诊断价值。结论 钙化在乳腺癌的诊断和鉴别诊断中具有重要意义。

Analysis of Breast Carcinoma Calcification by Mammography

Objective To evaluate the characteristics of breast carcinoma calcification and its diagnostic significance disclosed by mammography. Methods The characteristic features in 120 patients with breast carcinomas were analyzed retrospectively in the past 2-year; all of them were confirmed by surgery and pathology. Results Calcification appeared in 55% of them. The density of calcification was low and evenly distributed; and the calcification lesions per square centimetre (N/S) were more than 20 and the total number of calcification lesions was exceeded 30. The mixed calcification lesion was suggestive for breast carcinoma. Conclusion The results suggest that calcification lesions are of great importance in diagnosis and differentiation of breast carinoma.
