枸杞多糖对雄性大鼠性功能及生殖功能的影响

摘    要:目的:观察枸杞多糖(Lycium barbarum polysaccharides,LBP)对半去势大鼠性功能及生殖功能的影响。方法:将46只雄性大鼠随机分为4组,除正常对照组外其余3组摘除右侧睾丸。正常对照组、阴性对照组灌胃生理盐水,阳性对照组皮下注射丙酸睾丸素2mg/(kgbw?d)),LBP实验组给予灌胃LBP10mg/(kgbw?d)),观察半去势大鼠的交配实验及阴茎勃起实验。结果:LBP实验组、阳性对照组能明显缩短阴茎勃起潜伏期、骑跨潜伏期,提高骑跨动物百分率;提高半去势大鼠血清T水平,降低E2的水平;提高其附性腺器官脏器系数、精子计数及活力。结论:LBP可以提高半去势大鼠的性功能,其机制不是作为雄性激素替代物,可能是通过调节下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴功能起作用。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effects of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides (LBP) on sexual function and reproductive function of the hemicastrated rats. Method: Forty-six male rats were randomly divided into 4 groups. The right testis was extirpated except for normal control group. Normal control group and negative control group were given saline (ig), positive control group was injected hypodermically testosterone propionate at dose of 2 mg/(kg bw ·d). LBP control group was given LBP at dose of 10 mg/(kg bw ·d) ig. Mating test and erective test were observed. Results:The latency time of penis erection and mounting was shortened in LBP group and positive control group, and the percentage of mounting animals and serum testosterone levels were increased, but estradiol level reduced. The organ coefficient of subsidiary sexual organs was increased significantly as well as sperm count and vigor. Conclusion: LBP can increase the sexual function and reproductive function of hemicastrated rats. The mechanism is not as androgen but through adjustment of hypothalamus -pituitary-gonadal axis.
