“桥”式缝合术在女性盆底重建中的应用

目的探讨阴道前后壁"桥"式修补术在盆底重建手术中应用的有效性和安全性。方法对65例盆底功能障碍性疾病患者分别采用传统修补术和阴道前后壁"桥"式修补术的手术方式。结果桥氏手术组33例均愈合良好,对膀胱、直肠的损伤机会明显减少,没有出现阴道膀胱瘘、阴道直肠瘘或感染、坏死等并发症,成功率100%。手术时间12.06~48.39 min,平均32.1 min;术中出血量12.53~70.11 ml,平均46.34 ml;住院时间4~7 d。术后随访2年,经传统术式组5例复发,33例桥式手术受术者未见复发。结论阴道前后壁"桥式"修补术具有手术范围小、创伤小、手术时间短、术后感染少、住院时间短、手术费用低等优点,是治疗阴道前、后壁膨出的安全、有效、经济、简便的方法。

The application of bridge-type suture in female pelvic reconstruction
