实施护理风险管理控制护理缺陷

目的有效地回避护理风险，降低护理缺陷、护理纠纷的发生率，为患者提供安全、有序的优质护理。方法回顾五年来心内科发生的护理缺陷的典型案例，分析发生的原因，制定防范措施。结果分析出护理缺陷发生的主要原因4条，并制定出相应防范措施。结论只有认真分析缺陷原因，持续改进防范策略，全面落实防范措施，才能有效控制护理缺陷的发生。

Implement nursing risk management,Control nursing defects

Objective To avoid nursing risk effectively;decrease the incidence rate of nursing defects and nursing disputes, to provide the patients with safe and ordered nursing care. Methods Review the typical cases of nursing defects which happened in the Cardiology Department in the last five years; analyze the causes of their occurrence and formulate precautionary measures. Results We had reasoned out four main causes of the occurrence of nursing defects and formulated corresponding preventive measures. Conclusion Only by carefully analyzing the causes of defects and persistently improving prevention devices as well as fully carrying out the preventive measures, can we effectively control the nursing defects.
