| 摘 要： | 本文观察48例冠心病病人血脂、脂蛋白水平及其比值的变化。结果发现,冠心病病人的LDL-C水平与正常人(对照组)有显著差异,提示LDL-C水平的增高是冠心病病人致病因素之一。本文讨论了有关血脂指标的意义,提出临床观察血脂的新建议。

| Abstract: | The plasma lipid levels and their ratio were determinated in 48 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). The results show that there is a significant difference in LDL-C level between the CHD group and control group. It suggests that the elevation of LDL-C level in plasma is one of the risk factors in pathogenesis of CHD. The significance of some indicators of plasma lipid was discussed and new suggestions have been made for the determination of plasms lipid. |
