摘    要:国内外学者已对用于构建组织工程血管的支架材料和种子细胞进行了较多的研究,以期研制出能代替自体血管用于临床的血管移植物,它应具备良好的生物相容性、适应性重塑和生长的潜能。虽然组织工程研究已开展30多年并取得一定成果,但是仍有许多问题亟待解决。如何研制出理想的支架材料和选择合适的种子细胞有待进一步研究。综述近年用于构建组织工程血管的支架材料和种子细胞的研究进展。

Abstract:In order to develop vascular grafts which can substitute for autologous blood vessels and be used for clinical practice, scholars at home and abroad have conducted much research on the scaffold materials and seed cells in construction of tissue engineered blood vessel. These vascular grafts should have good biocompatibility, adaptive remod-eling and growth potential. Tissue engineering research has been carried out for more than 30 years and some achieve-ments have been made, but there are still many problems to be solved. How to develop the ideal scaffold material and se-lect the appropriate seed cells still remain to be further studied. In this review, we summarize the recent research progress on scaffold materials and seed cells in construction of tissue engineered blood vessel.
