智能三维情景式生物反馈训练平台在脑瘫患儿核心肌群肌力训练中的应用

摘    要:目的:探究在智能三维情景式生物反馈训练平台下,联合应用悬吊运动训练与WOND2000F5多功能神经康复诊疗系统在脑瘫患儿核心肌群肌力训练中的效果。方法选取2015年1月至2016年4月在我院进行治疗的脑瘫患儿50例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。观察组患儿给予传统运动疗法+悬吊运动疗法+WOND2000F5多功能神经康复诊疗系统,对照组给予传统运动疗法+悬吊运动疗法。观察并比较两组患儿治疗前、治疗后12周的肌力、粗大运动功能以及大动作发育商。结果治疗后12周,观察组患儿肌力改善总有效率(88.00%)、粗大运动功能E区(38.20±7.50)分、D区(35.00±5.80)分、C区(39.90±9.70)分、B区(64.00±17.00)分、A区(59.00±15.30)分以及大动作发育商评分(67.21±18.54)分均高于对照组肌力改善总有效率(68.00%)、粗大运动功能E区(32.00±7.00)分、D区(29.90±5.40)分、C区(34.20±9.00)分、B区(48.00±13.00)分、A区(39.70±13.00)分以及大动作发育商评分(55.24±16.21)分,B区以及A区改善情况更为显著,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三维悬吊运动训练结合电子生物反馈疗法能够有效改善脑瘫患儿核心肌群肌力,提高患儿粗大运动功能以及发育商。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of combined application of sling exercise training and WOND2000F5 multi-functional neurological rehabilitation system, under the intelligent 3D scene biological feedback training platform, in muscle strength training of core muscle group in children with cerebral palsy. Methods Between January 2015 and April 2016, 50 children with cerebral palsy in our hospital were enrolled and divided into the observa-tion group (25 children) and the control group (25 children) according to the random number table. The observation group was treated with traditional exercise therapy combined with sling exercise training and WOND2000F5 multi-func-tional neurological rehabilitation, while the control group was given traditional exercise therapy and sling exercise train-ing. The muscle strength, gross motor function and gross motor developmental quotient were observed and compared be-fore treatment and 12 weeks after treatment. Results In the observation group, total effective rate of muscle power im-provement, gross motor function E district, D district, C district, B district, A district, major motor developmental quo-tient scores were 88.00%, (38.20 ± 7.50), (35.00 ± 5.80), (39.90 ± 9.70), (64.00 ± 17.00), (59.00 ± 15.30), (67.21 ± 18.54) re-spectively, which were all higher than 68.00%, (32.00±7.00), (29.90±5.40), (34.20±9.00), (48.00±13.00), (39.70±13.00), (55.24 ± 16.21) in the control group. The improvements in B district and A district were more significant, and the differ-ences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Sling exercise training combined with intelligent 3D scene biofeedback therapy can effectively improve the muscle strength of the core muscle group in children with cerebral pal-sy, and improve the gross motor function and gross motor developmental quotient.
