鲍曼不动杆菌组鉴定方法的研究进展

鲍曼不动杆菌、pittii不动杆菌和nosocomialis不动杆菌统称为鲍曼不动杆菌组。由于表型相近，临床商品化方法并不能有效地鉴定它们。而准确地鉴定该菌种对临床诊断、治疗、预后相当重要。本文就现有的核酸分子生物学、蛋白分子生物学和免疫学等鉴定方法进行综述，结果表明分子遗传学方法对鲍曼不动杆菌组的准确鉴定很有必要。

Research update on detection of Acinetobacter calcoaceticus-baumannii complex

Acinetobacter baumannii belongs to the Acinetobacter calcoaceticus-baumannii (Acb) complex, which includes two other species:Acinetobacter nosocomialis and Acinetobacter pittii. Unfortunately, phenotypic tests commonly used in diagnostic laboratories are unable to differentiate species of the Acb. However, precise identification of Acb plays a significant role in clinical diagnosis, chemotherapy and prognosis. Therefore, this review based on molecular bio-logical method and immunological method is to be discussed. In conclusion, it was suggested that molecular genetic methods were so indispensable for precise identification of Acb.
