血小板在炎症反应中作用的研究进展

血小板以往被认为在维持血管壁完整性和出凝血过程中有着重要作用.而近年来,越来越多的研究证明,血小板在炎症中也起重要作用.受到炎症因子刺激后,血小板被激活后会释放大量的细胞因子,参与宿主抗感染防御过程.本文就近年来血小板在炎症过程中所起作用进行简要综述.

Research progress of the role of platelets in the inflammatory response

All along, platelets were thought to play a very important role in maintaining the integrity of the ves-sel and the process of blood coagulation. In recent years, more and more studies have shown that platelets also play a sig-nificant role in inflammation. After stimulated by inflammatory factors, platelets were activated. Then, a large number of cytokines were released and involved in host defense against infection. In this paper, the progress of the role of platelets in the inflammatory process in recent years was briefly reviewed.
