天津市蓟县小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌的带菌动物调查

目的 了解天津市蓟县动物宿主小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌的带菌情况,做好小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌感染的预防与控制工作.方法 2006年5～6月份在全县范围内开展易携带病原菌的猪、牛、羊、鸡等家禽家畜的监测工作.用冷增菌培养法进行分离培养.结果 从猪粪便中检出4株小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌,经聚合酶链反应(PCR)鉴定,其中3株菌株带有ail、ystA、yadA、virF 4种毒力基因,同时还具有O:3血清型特异性的rfbC基因,1株菌株带有ystB一种毒力基因.结论 猪为天津市该菌的动物宿主之一,猪粪可能成为食品污染的来源.

Investigation on the animals with Yersinia enterocolitica in Ji County of Tianjin City

Objective The present study was conducted to find out the situation of Yersinia enterocolitica carried by animals in Ji County, Tianjin City in order to prevent and control Yersinia enterocolitica infection well. Methods From May 2006 to June 2006, surveillance on the poultry and domestic animals (such as pigs, cows, sheep, and chickens) was developed in the whole county. Yersinia enterocolitica were isolated and cultured by the cold enrichment method. Results 4 strains of Yersinia enterocolitica were detected in the stool of pigs, among which it was identified by PCR that 3 stains had the 4 virulent genes, ail, ystA, yadA and virF, and also had the serogroup O:3 rfb gene, and 1 strain had the virulent gene, ystB. Conclusion The pig is one kind of the animal hosts of Yersinia enterocolitica, and the stool of pigs may become the source of the food pollution.
