| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨希丹液对小鼠移植性肿瘤的抑制作用和对环磷酰胺抑瘤的增效作用.方法：小鼠腋下接种经腹腔传代培养的癌细胞（H22EC、P388）.结果：希丹液对肝癌（H22）、艾氏腹水癌（EC）及淋巴细胞白血病（P388）具有明显的抑制作用（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）,对环磷酰胺抑制艾氏腹水癌EC具有明显增强作用（P＜0.01）,并可明显延长荷载肝癌（H22）小鼠的存活时间（P＜0.01）.结论：希丹液对小鼠移植性肿瘤有抑制作用和对环磷酰胺抑瘤有增效作用.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study anti-tumor activity of Xidan Suspensions in vivo.Methods: The mice were transported by armpit or intraperitoneum injection of H22,EC or P388 tumor cells.Results: Xidan Suspensions inhibited markedly the growth of H22,EC or P388 tumor cells(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and enhanced the inhibitory effect of cyclophosphamide on growth of EC,and prolonged the survival period of mice bearing H22 insacties(P<0.01).Conclusion:Xidan Suspensions can inhibit the growth of H22,EC or P388 tumor cells,and has synergism with cyclophosphamide. |
