比索洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭32例疗效观察

目的研究高度选择性β-受体阻滞剂比索洛尔对慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法64例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各32例。对照组采用强心、利尿等抗心力衰竭常规治疗，治疗组在对照组常规治疗的基础上加用比索洛尔。观察两组病人治疗前后心率、血压、超声心动图及运动耐量试验。结果治疗组总有效率81．25％，对照组总有效率65．63％，2组比较有显著性差异（P〈O．05）；治疗组治疗后心率（HR）、左室射血分数（LVEF）、左室收缩末期容积指数（LVESVI）、左室舒张末期容积指数（LVEDVI）、心脏指数（cI），收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、运动耐量与对照组比较有显著的改善（P〈0．01）。结论在常规抗心力衰竭治疗基础上加用比索洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭能提高疗效。

Clinical Efficacy of Bisoprolol on 32 Cases Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of highly selective β-blocker bisoprolol on chronic congestive heart failure. Methods Sixty four patients with chronic congestive heart failure were selected. Thirty two patients were treated with bisop rolol incombination with the base of routine therapy including digitalis, diuretics. Heart rate, blood pressure, echocardiography and exercise tolerance test. Restilts The total effective rate of treatment group is 81.25%, the total effective rate of control group 65.63%. There was a significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05 ）. Bisoprolol in addition to routine anti heart failure therapy could significantly improve cardiac functional class, reduce heart rate decrease systolic and diastolic blood pressure. And increase the LVEF. LVESVI and LVEDVI of the bisoprolol group are significantly decreased. Exercise tolerance compared with the control group improved significantly（P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion On/he basis of routine anti heart failure drug therapy, bisoprolol could significantly imp rove the efficacy.
