摘    要:目的对糖尿病患者实施强化健康教育,使其掌握应用食品交换份自由选择饮食的方法,达到限制总热量,控制血糖的目的:方法选择1997年7月美国糖尿病协会(ADA)诊断标准确诊为2型糖尿病(2-DM),病程大于5年,未合并其他慢性疾病的患者。根据患者BMI、日常生活、饮食习惯、活动量制定相应热卡的饮食计划,可进行各种形式的健康教育,并追踪调查各项生理指标。结果通过强化健康教育,DM患者掌握了糖尿病食品交换份法并应用于日常生活中以后,糖尿病患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖和糖化血红蛋白均控制在正常范围内,同时血浆甘油三酯、总胆固醇明显降低,自控水平明显提高。结论对糖尿病患者实施强化健康教育后可使量化指标明显好转并且饮食选择多样化,享受生活乐趣。

Abstract:Objective Give intensive healthy education to diabetes patients and let them master conservation share of food to choose food freely in order to limit the total thermal energy and and control blood sugar.Methods Choose the diabetes patients who are diagnosed as 2-DM using the diagnosis rules of ADA (1997) and whose course of illness is over five years,and cooperated with the patients with chronic disease.According to BMI,everyday life,diet habit and activities of diabetes patients,make thermal diet plan,all kinds of healthy education and follow the study several physiological index.Results Through intensive healthy education,after the diabetes patients have mastered method of conservation share of food and apply it in normal everyday life,the FBG,P2hBG and GHb of patients are all controlled normally.At the same time,TG,TC of patients decrease apparently,self-controlled level increases.Conclusion Giving intensive healthy education to diabetes patients can make quantified index of patients,have the diet variety and enjoy themselves.
