HRI全脊柱成像技术在脊柱转移瘤中的应用

目的探讨MRI全脊柱成像技术在转移瘤中的诊断价值。方法对怀疑有脊柱转移的15例患者，进行全脊柱移床扫描，采用对接方法得到全脊柱全景图像。结果15例全脊柱戍像图中，单个椎体爱累3例，2例转移在腰椎，1例在胸椎；多个椎体受累12例，其中胸腰段3例，全脊柱9例；结论全脊柱MRI成像技术可以很好的显示全部脊柱，对脊柱转移瘤的诊断具有重要的价值。

MRI Full Spine Imaging in Spinal Metastases in Application

Objective To investigate the MRI full spine imaging in diagnosis of metastatic tumor.Methods 15 patients suspected of having spinal metastases,were total spine MobiTrak scan,the docking method to obtain the complete spinal panoramic image.Results 15 cases of full spine imaging of single vertebral body,was involved in 3 cases,2 cases of metastases in the lumbar spine,1 cases in the thoracic spine;multiple vertebral involvement in 12 cases,including 3 cases of thoracolumbar spine,9 cases.Conclusion Spine MRI imaging technology can be very good to show all spine,spine metastasis diagnosis of is of important value.
