64层螺旋CT扫描多种三维后重建技术在小儿气管、支气管异物诊断中的比较

目的探讨64层螺旋CT扫描的图像后处理技术在小儿气管、支气管诊断中的应用价值。方法对20例小儿行64层螺旋CT扫描，对比VR、MPR、MinIP、VE等重建方法在气管、支气管异物中的诊断价值。结幕20例患者均获得清晰图像，经临床支气管纤维镜证实均为气管、支气管异物，其中主支气管异物3例，左主支气管异物5例，右主史气管异物7例，右侧中间段支气管3例，左肺下叶支气管开口异物2例。结论64层螺旋CT扫描图像后处理技术在小儿气管、支气管异物诊断的准确率极高，可成为首选方法，为临床术前提供了准确的依据。
