摘    要:目的探讨64层螺旋CT扫描的图像后处理技术在小儿气管、支气管诊断中的应用价值。方法对20例小儿行64层螺旋CT扫描,对比VR、MPR、MinIP、VE等重建方法在气管、支气管异物中的诊断价值。结幕20例患者均获得清晰图像,经临床支气管纤维镜证实均为气管、支气管异物,其中主支气管异物3例,左主支气管异物5例,右主史气管异物7例,右侧中间段支气管3例,左肺下叶支气管开口异物2例。结论64层螺旋CT扫描图像后处理技术在小儿气管、支气管异物诊断的准确率极高,可成为首选方法,为临床术前提供了准确的依据。

Abstract:Objective Discusses the image post-processing technology of 64-slice spiral CT scanning image of the application valuein of diagnosis of trachea and bronchial foreign body in children. Methods Scanning 20 cases of children by 64-slice spiral CT, Contrast VR, MPR, MinIP, VE reconstruction of the diagnostic value of trachea and bronchial foreign body in children. Result 20 patients obtained clear images, and be confirmed for the trachea and bronchial foreign body By clinical bronchial fiberscopes, Among them, Main bronchial foreign body in 3 cases, Left main bronchial foreign body in 5 cases, Right main bronchial foreign body in 7 cases, Middle period of bronchial foreign body of right in 3 cases, The left lung lower lobe bronchus open foreign body in 2 cases. Conclusion There is a high rate of accuracy of diagnosis of trachea and bronchial foreign body in children by the post-pro- cessing technology of 64-slice spiral CT scanning, it can be the first choice method to provides accurate basisfor for clinical preoperative L.
