多层螺旋CT在冠状动脉造影中的临床应用

冠状动脉造影（invasive coronary angiography．ICA）一直被认为是诊断冠心病的“金标准”，但它具有一定的风险性，严重者还可危及患者生命。同时，由于这种检查价格较贵，技术要求很高，从而限制了它在临床的广泛应用。因此，寻找一种更安全、更价廉、更实用的诊断方法具有重要意义。多层螺旋CT（Multislice Spiral Computed Tomography，MSCT）技术的快速发展，为冠心病的诊断提供了新的途径，它可以比较准确的对冠状动脉的狭窄程度进行评价、评价斑块的形态与组成、评价心功能等，使之在将来替代ICA成为了可能。

In the past few yearsL invasive coronary angiography has been regarded as a "gold standard" in diagnosing coronary heart disease.But it has a certain risk and even can endanger the patients’ life.At the same time,because of the expensive price and high requirements of technology of this kind of check,it has limited its widely application in clinic.So,it should be of great significance to find a diagnosis method that is safer,cheaper and more practical.The rapid development of MSCT technology provides a new way to diagnose coronary heart disease.It is more accurate in evaluating the stenosis degree of coronary artery,shape and composition of the plaque and the function of heart,etc.,which make it possible to substitute for ICA in the future.
