椎动脉型颈椎病MRA分型及临床价值

目的研究椎动脉型颈椎病MRA分型，并探讨椎动脉发育异常的作用。方法回顾分析132例椎动脉型颈椎病MRA，并对照分析正常对照组MRA。结果椎动脉型颈椎病分六型，A型（椎动脉硬化型）；B型（椎动脉受压型）；C型（椎动脉迂曲型）；D型（椎动脉发育异常型）；E型（混合型）；F型（椎动脉正常型）。该研究组共发现椎动脉纤细病例62例，占所有病例的47％（62／132）。结论椎动脉型颈椎病椎动脉MRA表现以混合型为多，椎动脉发育异常是其发病重要因素。

Types and Significance of MR Angiography in Cervical Spondylotic Arteri-opathy

Objective To analysis the MRA types of the cervical spondylotic arteriopathy,and discuss the function of the anomalies development vertebral artery.Methods To retrospectively analyze the MRA features of cervical spondylotic arteriopathy in 132 patients,and compared with the MRA of normal control group.Results MRA images of all cases were classified into six types:A(type of sclerosis of vertebral artery),B(type of compression of vertebral artery),C(type of tortuosity of vertebral artery),D(type of dysplastic of vertebral artery),E(type of mixed),F(type of normal of vertebral artery).In this study,we found 62 case with stenosis of the vertebral artery,account for 47% of all cases (in 62 out of 132 patients).Conclusion Most of the patients appearance as the type of mixed of vertebral artery,the symptoms caused by the cervical spondylotic arteriopathy depends on the dysplastic of vertebral artery.
