院外护理指导对老年慢性心力衰竭患者的影响

目的探讨院外护理指导对老年慢性心力衰竭（CHF）患者的影响。方法将180例老年CHF患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各90例。对照组仅给予常规出院后指导，观察组在此基础上进行为期6个月的院外护理指导。结果干预后观察组的生活质量和自护能力评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．0）1；观察组的再住院率和病死率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论院外护理指导可明显提高CHF患者的生活质量和自护能力，并改善其预后。

Influence of Nursing Guidance Outside Hospital on the Elderly with Chronic Heart Failure

Objective To explore the effect of nursing guidance outside hospital on the elderly with chronic heart failure（CHF）. Methods A total of 180 elderly CHF patients were randomly divided into the observation and control groups,each group consisting of 90 patients. The two groups received routine nursing guidance outside hospital,and the nursing guidance outside hospital was added to the observation group for 6 months. Results After intervention,the scores of the quality of life and self-care ability were markedly lower in the observation group than those in the control group,and the readmission rate and the mortality were much lower in the observation group than those in the control group,with a significant difference,P〈0.01 or 〈0.05. Conclusion The nursing guidance outside hospital can raise the quality of life and self-care ability of the CHF patients,improving the prognosis.
