小儿精索、阴囊淋巴管瘤误诊7例分析

目的　分析精索、阴囊淋巴管瘤的误诊原因 ,以避免误诊、误治。方法　回顾分析近 7a来在数百例鞘膜积液手术中遇到的 7例精索、阴囊淋巴管瘤的临床特点及治疗。结果　 7例精索、阴囊淋巴管瘤均误诊为精索、睾丸型鞘膜积液 ,为手术及术后病理结果确诊。均行囊瘤完整切除 ,无复发。结论　小儿精索、阴囊淋巴管瘤与鞘膜积液的临床特点相似 ,B超检查有利于提高诊断率。

Analysis of 7 Misdiagnostic Cases of Children's Funicular and Scrotal Lymphangioma

Objective To analyze the misdiagnostic causes of funicular and scrotal lymphangioma in order to avoid misdiagnosis and false treatment.Methods The clinical features and treatments of 7 cases of children's funicular and scrotal lymphagioma found in several hundreds of operations on hydrocele in recent 7 years were retrospectively analyzed.Results All 7 cases were misdiagnosed as hydrocele first,then diagnosed as funicular and scrotal lymphangioma after operations and postoperative pathological diagnoses.Full resection of cystoma was performed,and there was no recurrence found.Conclusions The symptoms of funicular and scrotal lymphangioma were similar to those of hydrocele,and B ultrasonic examination could help to improve the rate of correct diagnosis.
