对当前医学生人文素质教育的几点思考

摘    要:当前医学教育存在着偏重专业知识,忽略学生人文素质教育的现象。而社会的发展,医学模式和医患关系的转变要求医学生应具备较高的人文素质。本文通过现状分析,提出改变观念,发挥综合性大学的优势,提高教师的人文素质,创建浓厚的校园文化,加强社会实践等途径,提高医学生的人文素质,以适应社会的进步和医学的发展。

Abstract:In the practice of medical education nowadays,it is common that specialized knowledge is regarded as important while humanity education is much ignored.However,social development,the changes in medical model and the new patient-doctor relationship all require medical students to be well-rounded with humanity quality apart from professional knowledge and skills.This paper,based on an insightful analysis of the current situation,proposes how to adapt medical students to social progress and medical development by changing their conceptions, making use of liberal arts college,improving the faculty's quality,creating a conducive campus atmosphere,and enhancing students' social practice.
