| 摘 要： | 目的:对比湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)和磺胺嘧啶银冷霜治疗糖尿病足的临床效果.方法:将我科自2002年1月至2008年12月间,接诊治疗的106例糖尿病足患者,按时间先后分成A组(磺胺嘧啶银冷霜治疗组)和B组(MEBO治疗组),其中A组31例,B组75例,两组患者创面治疗均采用常规消毒、清创,然后A组外涂磺胺嘧啶银,B组外涂MEBO,均为2mm～3mm厚,再用凡士林纱布包扎,每日换药一次.结果:B组的治愈率明显高于A组(P<0.001).结论:MEBO治疗糖尿病足的临床效果明显好于磺胺嘧啶银冷霜.

| Abstract: | Objective： To compare the efficacy of MEBO and SD -Ag Cream in treating diabetic foot. Method： 106 cases of patients with diabetic foot admitted to hospital from Jan. / 2002 to Dec./2008 were divided into group A （ SD - Ag Cream group, n = 31 ） and group B （ MEBO group, n -- 75 ） . The wounds in both groups were all treated with routine disinfection and debridement. SD - Ag cream and MEBO were applied to the wounds with thickness of 2 - 3mm in both groups. Then, the wounds were bandaged with Vaseline dressing. The dressing was changed once per day. Result： The cure rate in group B was markedly higher than that in group A （ P 〈 0. 01 ） , Conclusion ： The efficacy of MEBO is significantly better than that of SD - Ag cream in treating diabetic foot. |
