缝隙连接蛋白重构与心律失常

摘    要:缝隙连接蛋白(Cx)是心肌细胞缝隙连接通道(GJC)的主要组成部分,主要介导细胞间的电化学耦联。心脏在某些病理因素影响下,出现Cx表达的变化和分布异常,以及结构和功能的重构,导致心肌细胞间耦联异常,从而导致异常冲动的传导,引发心律失常。深入研究Cx的重构与心律失常的关系,探讨作用于相关靶点的药物,对心律失常的防治具有重要意义。

Abstract:Connexin (Cx) is the major component of myocardial cell gap junction channel (GJC), which mainly me- diates electrochemical coupling among cells. When influenced by some pathological factors, Cx expression change, distribution abnormality, structural and functional remodeling occur in heart, which lead to abnormal coupling among myocardial cells,of abnormal pulse, and finally leading to arrhythmia. Deep exploration of relationship between Cx and arrhythmia and research of drugs acting on relative targets are of important significance for prevention reatme of arrhythmia.
