糖尿病对冠心病药物洗脱支架植入患者临床效果的影响

目的：探讨糖尿病对冠心病药物洗脱支架植入患者疗效的影响。方法：入选2009年7月～2012年9月在我院行冠脉药物洗脱支架植入术患者278例，根据患者是否合并有糖尿病分为冠心病并糖尿病组（n=127）和冠心病组（n=151），术后对患者进行为期两年随访，比较两组患者的疗效。结果：冠脉造影术显示，冠心病并糖尿病组患者冠脉三支病变发生率显著高于冠心病组患者（39．3％比31．1％，P〈0．05）；两年随访后发现，冠心病并糖尿病组患者远期心脏事件发生率显著高于冠心病组患者（37．0％比17．9％，P〈0．05）。结论：糖尿病对药物洗脱支架植入冠心病患者疗效具有显著影响，在临床上对于这类患者要积极进行降糖治疗。

Influence of diabetes mellitus on therapeutic effect of drug-eluting stent implantation in patients with coronary heart disease

Objective： To explore influence of diabetes mellitus （DM） on therapeutic effect of drug-eluting stent implantation in patients with coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods.. A total of 278 patients, who received coronary drug - eluting stent implantation in our hospital from Jul 2009 to Sep 2012, were enrolled. According to complicated with DM or not, they were divided into CHD ＋ DM group （n = 127） and CHD group （n = 151）. All patients were followed up for two years after operation, and therapeutic effects were compared between two groups. Results： Coronary angiography indicated that compared with CHD group, there was significant increase in incidence rate of triple-vessel coronary disease （31.1% vs. 39.3%, P〈0.05） in CHD ＋ DM group; compared with CHD group after two-year, there was significant increase in incidence rate of long - term cardiac events （17.9% vs. 37. 0%, P〈 0.05） in CHD ＋ DM group. Conclusion： Diabetes mellitus has significant influence on therapeutic effect of drug-eluting stent implantation in patients with coronary heart disease. Active control of blood glucose is very important in these patients in clinic.
