生大黄内服、芒硝外敷联合丹参注射液治疗轻型急性胰腺炎36例

目的：观察生大黄内服、芒硝外敷联合丹参注射液静滴治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法选取萍乡市人民医院2013年6月至2014年6月收治的急性胰腺炎患者72例，其中对照组36例，采用水的复苏、禁食、胃肠减压、止痛、H2受体阻滞剂或奥美拉唑等。观察组36例，在常规治疗的基础上采用生大黄内服、芒硝外敷联合丹参注射液静滴治疗。分别测量两组患者治疗前和治疗后第1天、第4天和第7天外周静脉血的血清淀粉酶；观察分析治疗7天后两组患者首次排气的时间，腹痛、腹胀缓解时间。结果观察组外周静脉血的血清淀粉酶恢复情况；腹痛、腹胀缓解时间均优于对照组。两组比较差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0.05），观察组优于对照组。结论生大黄内服、芒硝外敷联合丹参注射液静滴治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效显著，值得临床推广。

The Mild Acute Pancreatitis Treated by Orally Rhubarb,Extemally Mirabilite Combined with Danshen Injection for 36 Cases

Objective To observe the effect of rhubarb and mirabilite orally combined with Danshen injection intravenous infusion in the treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods 72 patients with acute pancreatitis in Pingxiang People ＆#39;s Hospital from 2013 June to 2014 se-lection method of June were analyzed, including 36 cases in the control group, the water recovery, fasting, gastrointestinal decompression, pain, H2 receptor blockers or omeprazole etc. The observation group of 36 cases, using rhubarb orally, mirabilite and Danshen Injection based on routine treatment. Serum amylase were measured in two groups of patients before treatment and after 1 days, 4 days and 7 days in peripheral venous blood;observation and analysis for 7 days after the two groups of patients the first exhaust time, abdominal pain, ab-dominal distension relieving time. Serum amylase were observed. Results The peripheral vein blood recovery; abdominal pain relief time was better than the control group. A statistically significant difference between the two groups （ P〈0.05） . The observation group was bet-ter than control group. Conclusion The curative effect of rhubarb and mirabilite orally combined with Danshen injection intravenous infu-sion in the treatment of acute pancreatitis is remarkable, is worth the clinical promotion.
