| 摘 要： | 本文根据WHO1982年制定的肾小球疾病分类法,对261例肾穿刺活检的肾小球疾病进行了诊断分类。结果表明,新疆地区肾小球疾病的病理分型与全国肾小球疾病的病理分型基本一致。其中系膜增生性肾小球肾炎也是新疆地区最常见的肾小球疾病。

| Abstract: | A study of pathological classification through renal biopsy materials in 261 cases of glomerulo-nephropathy was reported. All cases were complied with the WHO's diagnostic criteria for pathologic classification of glomerulo-nephropathy. It is demonstrated that the pathologic, patterns of glomerulopathy were similar as compared with the results of other provinces of China, in which mesengial proliferative glomerulonephritis amounted about 50%. |
