化痰通络汤治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变30例疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察化痰通络汤治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变(LEADDP)的临床疗效。方法60例LEADDP患者随机分为2组。治疗组予化痰通络汤治疗,日1剂,水煎服。对照组予低分子右旋糖酐500mL和酚妥拉明20mg,每日1次缓慢静脉滴注。2组均2个月为1个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率90%,对照组总有效率70%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。经彩色多普勒检测,治疗组胭动脉、胫后动脉和足背动脉血管内径及平均流速与治疗前比较及与对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论化痰通络汤治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变疗效确切。

Observation of Huatan Tongluo decoction on the treatment of diabetic lower extremity vasculopathy

Abstract:To observe the Huatan Tongluo Decoction treatment of lower extremity arterial disease in diabetic patient (LEADDP) clinical efficacy. Methods 60 cases of LEADDP patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group to Huatan Tongluo Decoction treatment, one day, 2 hours of oral. The control group to the low molecular weight dextran 500 ml of amino acids and phentolamine slow intravenous infusion of 20 mg daily 1. 2 of the two groups were on a course of treatment. Results The treatment group compared with the control group efficacy differences were significant ( P 〈 0.05 ), the treatment group than the control group: detection by Doppler popliteal artery, posterior tibial artery and dorsalis pedis arteries, improving blood flow in the treatment group with the control group differences were significant ( P 〈 0.05 ), the treatment group than the control group. Conclusion Huatan Tongluo Decoction treatment of lower extremity arterial disease in diabetic patient is effective, it is worth promoting.
