冠脉结扎与心肌福尔马林注射对高频成分影响的比较

摘    要:以狗制作心肌缺血和心肌损伤的实验模型,观察冠脉结扎和福尔马林注射后心电高频成分的变化。共成功地完成了20条狗的实验,其中冠脉结扎12只,福尔马林注射8只。分别记录浅麻、开胸、冠脉结扎即刻、30min、60min、90min、120min以及福尔马林注射即刻、注射后30min、60min、注射60min后再结扎即刻和再结扎后30min等的心电高频成分变化。结果显示浅麻时狗心电上就存在有少量的切迹和转折,但无异常切迹。结扎后高频成分明显增多,并出现异常切迹。注射福尔马林后高频成分亦明显增多,但异常切迹却无明显增多,而注射60min后再结扎则使异常切迹明显增多。提示心电高频成分对各种心肌损伤均很敏感,而异常切迹则对损伤程度有较高的特异性。

Comparison of Influence on High-frequency Component of Electrocardiac Signal in Coronary Artery Ligated and Myocardial Formalin Injected Dogs

Abstract:Using dogs as experiment model of myocardial ischemia we observed the changes of high-frequency component in electrocardiac signal after coronary artery ligated or myocardial formalin injected in dogs. 20 dogs were studied, among them 12 were coronary artery ligated and 8 were myocardial formalin injected. The changes of high-frequency component in electrocardiac signal were recorded respectively in the condition of elemental anesthesia?chest opened?immediately after coronary artery ligated?30min?60min?90min?120min after coronary artery ligated?immediately myocardial formalin injected?30min?60min after injected and the datum also were recorded respectively in condition of immediately after coronary artery re-ligated in 60min later of myocardial formalin injected and 30min after re-ligated. The results showed that there were some slurs and notches of electrocardiac signal in state of elemental anesthesia, but there was no abnormal notches. The high-frequency component of electrocardial signal was increased significantly after coronary artery ligated, and also the abnormal notches appeared. The high-frequency component of electrocardial signal was also enhanced markedly after myocardial formalin injected but the abnormal notched did not obviously increased. Whereas the abnormal notches would be enhanced evidently in condition of coronary artery re-ligated in 60min later of myocardial formalin injected. Our results suggest that the high-frequency component of electrocardial signal is sensitive to almost all kind of myocardial injury, otherwise abnormal notched have higher differentiation to the degrees of damage.
