| 摘 要： | 目的：研究复方沙棘1号颗粒对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及机理。方法：线栓法制作局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型，检测脑梗塞体积比、血清MDA含量、血清SOD和GSH-Px活性，并观察行为学改变。结果：大鼠脑缺血再灌注后血清MDA含量和脑梗塞体积比显增加，SOD和GSH-Px活力明显下降。复方沙棘1号可有效地防止上述改变，结论：复方沙棘1号颗粒对脑缺血再灌注损伤有显保护作用，这种保护作用可能与提高脑组织抗脂质氧化能力有关。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the protection and mechanism of compound Hippophae rhamnoides L. granule 1 (CHRG1) on focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rats. Methods: Focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model was made with suture-occluded method. The volume of cerebral infarction, the level of MDA in serum, the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in serum were measured. The behavior obstacles of rats were observed. Results: After cerebral ischemia-reperfusion, the content of MDA in serum and the volume of cerebral infarction increased significantly; the activities of SOD and GSH-Px decreased significantly, CHRG1 could effectively prevent these changes. Conclusion: CHRG1 has the obvious protection agains tischemia-reperfusion injury. The effect may be related to raising anti-peroxidation of the brain tissue. |
