| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨影响尘肺患者生活质量的相关因素.方法 采用整群抽样的方法在2008年1月至7月间随机抽取广东省3家职业病专科医院和2家慢病站的174例男性尘肺患者进行问卷调查.数据分析采用Spearman相关分析和多重线性回归分析.结果 Spearman相关分析显示焦虑、抑郁和消极应对与WHO生存质量评估简表的各领域呈负相关,与St.George's呼吸问卷各维度测得分值呈正相关(P<0.05);积极应对、家庭支持、朋友支持、其他支持、社会支持与WHO生存质量评估简表的各领域呈正相关,与St.George's呼吸问卷各维度测得分值呈负相关(P<0.05).多重线性回归分析结果表明,尘肺患者生活质量与其心理健康水平、应对方式、社会支持有关.结论 焦虑、抑郁、消极应对是影响尘肺患者生活质量的危险因素,而积极应对和社会支持是其的保护因素. |
