| 摘 要： | 目的:建立莪术油冻干粉针中莪术醇的含量测定方法。方法:含量测定采用GC法。结果:莪术醇与内标及其他挥发性成分分离良好,莪术醇在20.5～184.5μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为100.6%,RSD为1.0%。结论:GC法能很好的分离检测莪术油冻干粉针中的莪术醇,方法简便、准确、专属性强,可用于莪术油冻干粉针的质量控制研究。

| Abstract: | Objective:To develop a new method for the determination of curcumol in Zedoary turmeric oil powder,and apply to the method to investigate the stability of Zedoary turmeric oil powder.Methods:the content of curcumol was determinationed by gas chromatography.Results:The methods can be used to determine curcumol with accuracy at a perfect line range between 20.5μg/mL and 184.5μg/mL,a recovery of 100.6%,and RSD of 1.0%.Conclusions:The present study provided a satisfactory GC method for the quantitative determination of curcumol in Zedoary turmeric oil powder,and the method seemed accurate and reliable as well as excellent reproducibility.Therefore,this method can be used as a quantitative analytical method in quality control of Zedoary turmeric oil powder. |
