选择性药物灌注治疗股骨头缺血坏死疼痛的临床研究

目的:观察选择性药物灌注介入治疗股骨头缺血坏死的中长期疗效.方法:病房收治的股骨头缺血坏死患者43例,均采用1次选择性旋股内动脉、闭孔动脉药物灌注治疗,24例随访6个月-3年,平均14.3月,评价其治疗效果.结果:绝大部分患者(22/24)有较长期的疼痛减轻、患肢活动范围改善和无痛行走距离增加.结论:选择性药物灌注是较为有效的治疗股骨头缺血坏死的保守疗法.

SELECTIVE MEDICINE PERFUSION FOR THE TREATMENT OF ISCHEMIC NECROSIS OF FEMORAL HEAD

Objective:To observe the long-term curative effect of selective medicine perfusion in treating patients with ischemic necrosis of femoral head. Methods:Forty-three patients with ischemic necrosis of femoral head were treated by selective medial femoral circumflex artery and obturatoria artery medicine perfusion. Twenty-four patients were followed up for 6 months to 3 years, on the average of 14.3 months. Results: For most of the patients (22/24), the pain was alleviated, sick joint activity improved and the distance walking without pain prolonged. Conclusion:Selective medicine perfusion is effective for the patients with ischemic necrosis of femoral head.
