肿瘤实验动物模型的建立及应用研究进展

实验动物模型是人类肿瘤的复制品,可分为自发瘤模型、诱导模型、移植模型和转基因动物模型,实验动物模型与其模拟的人类肿瘤在分子、组织学以及生物学特性方面有许多共同性,可以用于肿瘤发病机制研究、肿瘤治疗药物的筛选以及肿瘤的基因治疗。本文对肿瘤实验动物模型的建立及其临床应用进展予以综述。

The Establishment and Exploratory Development of Tumor Experimental Animal Model

Laboratory animal model is replication of human tumors,including idiopathetic tumor model、induced tumor model、transplanted tumor model and transgenic animal model.Laboratory animal model is similar with human tumors it analogues on molecule,histological anatomy and bionomics,can be used in the investigation of tumor etiopathogenesis,screening of tumor curative and tumor gene therapy.This article review about experimental animal models of tumor establishment and it′s clinical application.
