| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折的临床疗效.方法 选取股骨远端骨折患者112例,按照随机自愿原则平均分为治疗组和对照组.两组患者一般情况比较,差异无统计学意义.治疗组应用逆行交锁髓内钉治疗,对照组应用股骨髁支持钢板进行治疗.术后随访,评价疗效.结果 治疗组骨折愈合优者24例,总有效率96.4%,对照组骨折愈合优者12例,总有效率为85.7%;治疗组骨折平均愈合时间短于对照组,且能更早下床进行活动.结论 逆行锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折具有适应证广、临床疗效好、膝关节功能恢复快等优点,值得临床推广应用.
