| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨缪刺肩痛穴结合康复训练治疗卒中后肩手综合征的疗效。方法：将80例卒中后肩手综合征患者，按照随机分为缪刺肩痛穴结合康复训练为治疗组（40例），单纯康复训练为对照组（40例）。比较两组手功能（疼痛，Fugl Meyer评定，上举，外展）的改善情况。结果：治疗后治疗组的手功能评分均高于单纯康复训练治疗组（P〈0．01）。结论：缪刺肩痛穴结合康复训练治疗卒中后肩手综合征疗效优于单纯康复训练。
